Hawaiian Papaya smoothies or popsicles:
– 13.5 ounces coconut milk
– 2 cups fresh or frozen cubed Papaya
– half banana + 3-4 strawberries
Pour ingredients into a blender and puree. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze at least 4 hours.

In skin care, Ginger works the best for reducing inflammation and the risk of acne, psoriasis, and other inflammatory skin conditions. It also promotes skin elasticity and firmness due to its antioxidants gingerol and shogoal,-fights skin-damaging free radicals.
